This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription-based services offered by One & Done. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your My Account settings, or by contacting us directly through our website. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription features through the end of the period for which you have already been charged. We do not prorate partial billing periods.
Charges already processed are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests may be submitted by contacting us through our website. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.
At this time, we do not offer the ability to pause a subscription. If you need to temporarily stop using the service, you may cancel and re-enroll at a later date, subject to the pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features through the end of the period for which you have already been charged. After that date, access to paid features will be suspended. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to subscriptions renewed after the effective date of the update.
